How do I reset my password?
Open my.smoxit.app and tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll email you a secure reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in at my.smoxit.app, go to Settings → Account, and tap "Delete account". Or email support@smoxit.app and we'll take care of it within 7 days.
Does SMOXIT work offline?
Core tracking works offline and syncs as soon as you're back online. AI-powered coaching features require an internet connection.
Which devices are supported?
SMOXIT runs on iOS, Android, and any modern browser at my.smoxit.app.
